It means your Amazon links will show for 60% of hub's visitors. Whenever these visitors buy during the 60% of time, you will get 100% of the commission. Someone may think this is not good, but with Hubpages you do not invest any money for start up. Another good thing is Hubpages get a lot of traffic from search engine so your articles will have more visitors. Many hubbers makes thousand dollars per month from Hubpages, and you can learn a lot from them also.
